As one cane see, I am a frequent patron here. Live just around the corner so here 6-7 nights a week. They probably have the best bar crew in The Villages with Chrissy, Matt and Rocky!! Steve, the manager, has really turned this place around. Extremely popular and very hard to get seats at the bar. Food is generally quite good, but sometimes mistakes are made. Seem to always be shorthanded in the kitchen. Steve is often filling in for the shorthanded kitchen staff so he no longer has time to spend with the patrons - a shame since he is really good with customer inerface. They have recently added breakfast, daily 9 to 11am everyday. I can personally attest to the fact that the menu is quite good and the food is excellent and prices very reasonable. Nice to have a full service breakfast restaurant without the breakfast only environment! I strongly recommend giving it a try some morning! One big problem appears to be the owners refusal to invest in the restaurant - equipment, decor etc. It looks the same as when it opened in 2004. It really could use a new interior decor update!! As an after thought, most bar patrons are there to eat and have a cocktail and refer to the place as the "Cheers" of Florida!!
We discovered that they serve breakfast! Pretty darn good! Not a huge menu, but definitely enough items. The view of the golf course and breeze were wonderful! The service was great and so we will go back when we want to be able to carry on a conversation and be heard. Very good!!
Stopped in after golf for a late lunch with a few others in the neighborhood group. eight of us at one table and another eight at the next table. Our server, Stacy, was great with being on top of everything from getting drinks to serving the food very quickly and everyone being happy with their selection and the kitchen staff making it all tasty and good looking
